Hello...
In the today scenario in the India opportunities are really a lesser then the day by day Engineers are pass out and the so many engineers are not getting job even in a small factory
i want to share my experience that one day i have send some materials to my vendor through the Tempo and he is almost reaches near the vendor but he forgot one Invoice copy now he is call and said me " Hello Sir i am Vishal and i forgot one invoice copy but materials was reach safely please speak to Vendor and give your confirmation" i asked him who are you he said i am tempo drive sir,
i shocked he is speak in fluent English even than me and get detail why he is doing a job like a tempo driver but the reason is he is not greeting job as he is engineer.. so i think what will be the Engineers future in india..

Yes, this is really a sad state here. So many engineering colleges are not enough jobs to fill them
ReplyDeleteI too have same experinece, when my father was heading services department in TTD, tirupati there were recuiremnts for scavnegers . and by seeing applications every staff was in shock and it is as follows
ReplyDelete1) 80% of them are engineers rest 20 % only are 10standard pass
actually qualification is only 10th pass
thats the fate of us now.
Chirag, The story drives home the point very well!
