Instructional Design has for the longest time drawn from Psychology and behavioral sciences to provide a robust methodology to developing content. Over a period, Instructional Design has grown out of the shadow of its founding theories and has evolved to keep in line with technological advancements in the learning world.
If one has been facing issues with acceptance of their learning solution, then the possibilities are that they are running short of ideas that work in the present world. So, how does one ensure that their learning designs are relevant on a continued basis? The foundational theories are not going to change. Perhaps, the solution lies in Design Thinking?
Absolutely Agree-design thinking adds a new dimension on audience analysis, which other wise began analyzing with problem in mind.
